1. Digital Product Delivery
All TemplateCat products are digital downloads delivered instantly after successful payment via Stripe.
Because our products are digital and accessible immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions and pack details carefully before completing a purchase.
2. When Refunds May Be Considered
While most sales are final, refund requests may be reviewed in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase of the same product
- Technical delivery failure (e.g., corrupted or inaccessible files)
- Billing error confirmed by Stripe
If a technical issue occurs, please contact us first so we can resolve it promptly.
3. When Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not issued for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Misunderstanding of product features
- Compatibility issues outside the template files (hosting, CMS, plugins, etc.)
- Lack of technical knowledge
Because digital files cannot be “returned,” refunds cannot be granted once files have been successfully downloaded and accessed.

- A brief description of the issue
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in license termination, revocation of access, and restriction from future purchases.
6. Policy Updates
TemplateCat reserves the right to update this policy as needed.
